I will reply by email or phone to verify availability of your items, status of payment, and shipping date. I can usually ship within 2 business day of receipt of your payment if the studio is open.
NOTE: There are some short periods when I may not be able to process orders. Please check my studio schedule to ensure it is open. It is important to contact me before sending payment! I will not accept payment for more than the invoice amount and don't do business with anyone who asks me to refund excess payments or who requires unusual payment methods.
Terms and Shipping:
Shipping, insurance, and any required customs are extra. Shipping services available from my location in Alaska are United States Postal Service(USPS) priority, FedEx 2nd day air, and UPS 2nd day air. Ground shipping for UPS and FedEx either are not available, or have a hefty surcharge. USPS priority mail is the most cost effective, and items usually take only 3 - 5 days to most US addresses.
For most items there is no handling charge, and you pay actual postage/insurance fees only. Certain large or heavy items requiring special packaging may have an additional fee.
Refunds: If you are not happy with your items, I will refund payment (less shipping) if they are returned in good condition within 30 days.
Payment: I prefer payment via PayPal* but will also accept US Postal money orders.
*Paying is safe and easy with PayPal, even if you don't have an account! First contact me to verify items, price, shipping, and address. I will then email you a PayPal invoice, so you can pay online at the PayPal web site using your credit card or instant bank transfer. As soon as PayPal sends notification that the funds have been transferred (usually within minutes of your payment) your order will be processed and shipped withing a day or two.
